We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how cancellations, replacements and refunds work for pre-orders placed on zorawar.co.
1. Pre-orders and payment
A pre-order reserves product from our first batch. We call you to confirm your order, and we tell you the final price, taxes and delivery charges before you pay. No payment is collected on the Website when you submit a pre-order, so there is nothing to refund at that stage.
2. Cancelling your order
- Before dispatch: you can cancel at any time before we dispatch your order. Tell us on the confirmation call, or contact us with your order reference number. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
- After dispatch: once an order is on its way it can no longer be cancelled, but if there is a problem with it, section 3 applies.
- If we cancel: if we cancel an order (for example because of limited stock or because we cannot deliver to your address), you are not charged, or you receive a full refund of anything you paid.
3. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, with your order reference and clear photos of the product and the packaging. After checking, we will, at our option, send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items, and we will bear the cost of returning or collecting them where needed.
4. Change of mind and opened products
The Potent is a food and wellness product. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, or of sealed products returned for a change of mind, unless the law says otherwise. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original method of payment. We will tell you the expected timeline when we confirm your refund; the time your bank or payment provider takes to credit it is outside our control.

7. Business orders
Orders placed under a distribution or supply agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement.
